Our Approach
CIP's founders and senior team bring decades of experience structuring complex financial products, running a very successful tax credit business, and building platforms that have earned the trust of the US federal and state governments and some of the world's most respected financial institutions — including TIAA-CREF, Met Life, Apollo, Assured Guaranty, Berkshire Hathaway, and major public endowments.
We have spent careers designing and executing complex financial structures — from federal and state tax credits to esoteric private credit and structured products — across a wide range of sectors and transaction types.
Our team has directly sourced billions of dollars in structured products through institutional investor relationships built over decades. We understand what sophisticated partners need — and how to deliver it.
CIP operates as a founder-owned, senior-led firm. Every engagement is handled by the people whose names are on the door — ensuring the same commitment to outcomes that we demand of ourselves.
